Scope of Application

Refining of woven fabrics such as cotton, acrylic-cotton, and polyester-cotton, knitted fabrics, yarns, and tube yarns. 

 

Usage Method

1. Cotton knitted fabric, yarn, and tube yarn processing:

Refining enzyme: 1 - 3 g/L

H2O2 (30%): 2 - 8 g/L

Bath ratio: 1:4 - 8 

2. Acrylic Cotton Processing:

Reagent enzyme 1 - 3 g/L

H2O2 (30%) 2 - 8 g/L (adjusted according to the whiteness requirement of the fabric)

Bath ratio 1:4 - 8

Temperature: 95 - 100℃

Time: 50 - 60 minutes 

The specific process can be adjusted as needed according to the actual situation. 

 

Packaging and Storage

1. Inner packaging is in plastic bags, with each bag weighing 25KG.

2. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
