Scope Of Application
It is suitable for soaping cellulose fibre after dyeing or printing and removing floating colour in denim washing.
Usage
The optimal amount of low-temperature soaping enzyme varies according to the type of treated fabrics, materials, grams, structure, and mechanical types, generally recommended soaping process:
Low-temperature soaping enzyme 0.2~0.5g/l
Temperature 55 ℃~80*20min
Suggested process for overflow dyeing: dyeing→discharge→soaping (55~65℃×20min) →washing at room temperature×20min→hot water washing (80~85℃×20min) →washing at room temperature×20min
Suggested process for continuous soaping: 1st tank water washing Over flow (liquid flow) → 2nd tank hot water washing (40-50℃×3-5min) → 3rd tank soaping (55-60℃×20min) → 4th tank hot water washing (55-60℃×3-5min) → 5th tank water washing (liquid flow)
Storage And Transport
1. Packed in plastic bags, 25KG per package.
2. Stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
3. Transported as non-dangerous goods, shelf life of one year.
