Usage
1.Pure polyester fabrics
Dip and roll process: 10-30G/L one dip and one roll, 130-170 degrees 100-120 seconds drying.
2. Polyester-cotton blended
It is recommended to choose the appropriate dosage according to the polyester, if the proportion of polyester component is high, it is recommended to reduce the dosage appropriately, and the higher the dosage will affect the fastness; if the cotton component is high, it can be appropriate to increase the dosage of the colour-fixing agent, to achieve a good effect of fixing the colour. Dip and roll process: 10-30G/L one dip and one roll, 130-170 degrees 100-120 seconds drying.
The above method is for reference only, the specific application according to the actual process of the factory to make corresponding adjustments. This product can also be used to open thinning, according to the actual requirements of the adjustment of the ratio of open thinning.
Storage And Transport
1. in polythene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, 125kg per drum.
