Usage Method
The specific process can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Recommended general dosage and procedures:
1. Dipping method:
Color-fixing agent: 1 - 6% by weight of the formula Bath ratio: 1:15 - 20
Temperature & time: 30 - 50℃ × 15 - 20 minutes
Dyed fabric → Dip in the color-fixing agent working solution at 30 - 50℃, run for 15 - 30 minutes → Wash with water → Dry.
2. Dipping and rolling method:
Color-fixing agent: 20 - 60 g/l
Dyed fabric → Room temperature, dip and roll in the color-fixing agent working solution → Dry.
Note: To ensure the color-fixing effect, the dyeing fabric or printed fabric must be thoroughly cleaned before using this product. This product cannot be used together with anionic products.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, with each drum containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
