Performance Characteristics

Usage Instructions
1. Pure polyester fabric
Wet spinning process: 10-40 G/L, one immersion and one rolling, 130-170 degrees, 100-120 seconds for drying.
Dipping process: 1-4% (o.w.f), 40-55 degrees, 10-20 minutes, dehydration and drying.
2. Polyester-cotton blended or polyester-cotton interwoven fabric
It is recommended to select the appropriate usage amount based on the proportion of polyester and cotton. If the proportion of polyester is high, the usage amount should be appropriately reduced. A higher usage amount may instead affect the durability; if the cotton proportion is high, the amount of color fixative can be appropriately increased to achieve a good color fixation effect.

3. Acrylic-cotton blended fabric
This product also has certain improvements for acrylic-cotton blended fabrics. A recommended usage amount of 1-5% is suggested.
Wet spinning process: 10-50 G/L, one immersion and one rolling, 130-170 degrees, 100-120 seconds for drying.
Dipping process: 1-5% (o.w.f), 40-55 degrees, 10-20 minutes, dehydration and drying.
The above usage methods are for reference only. Specific applications should be adjusted according to the actual production process of the factory. This product can also be diluted for use, and the dilution ratio can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
