Product Description
Explanation
When oxygen in the air is catalyzed by light, the disperse dyes in the fabric undergo yellowing and color change on the surface of the polyester fibers. Especially during the fabric setting process, the poorly vapor-proof disperse dyes with low fixation strength in the fabric will migrate to the surface of the fibers during the high-temperature setting process. The migration of the dye on the fabric surface will reduce the water washing fixation and dry/wet rubbing fixation of the fabric, and colors that are sensitive to light and multiple dye combinations are prone to color change. If dyeing T fabric, the above problems are particularly obvious, and the fixation requirements are relatively high. The dyeing factory usually adopts the process route of dyeing polyester - reducing and cleaning - medium setting - reducing and cleaning - setting, and dyeing T requires two setting processes, which not only increases the production process but also increases the electricity consumption for setting. It also introduces uncertain factors in the production and processing. The polyester fixation agent produced by our company can effectively solve the above problems.

Usage Method
Pure polyester fabric
Dipping process: 1-3% at 50 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Washing process: 10-30 G/L, dip once and wash once, at 130-170 degrees for 100-120 seconds for drying.
The above usage methods are for reference only. Specific applications should be adjusted according to the actual production process of the factory. This product can also be diluted for use, and the dilution ratio can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, with each drum containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse; the shelf life is 6 months.
