Usage Method
Immersion Method 1-3% o.w.f
The bath ratio is 1:10, the processing temperature is 50-60℃, and the time is 20-30 minutes. After that, it undergoes dehydration, drying, and shaping.
Dyeing by rolling
One immersion and one rolling (10-50g/l) - drying - shaping
It is recommended that 1-2 pieces be processed using the above method. Please note that the specific application should be adjusted according to the actual production process of the factory.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
