Usage Method
Impregnation method: 1-3% o.w.f
The bath treatment is carried out at a ratio of 1:10 with a temperature of 50-60℃ for 20-30 minutes, followed by dehydration, drying and shaping.
Dyeing by rolling method:
One immersion and one rolling (10-50g/l) - drying - shaping
It is recommended that the above methods be used as a reference only. Specific applications should be adjusted according to the actual production process of the factory.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; the shelf life is 6 months.
