Application Scope
Suitable for cotton fabrics, cotton/polyester blends, linen and ramie fabrics, denim, recycled fiber fabrics such as Tencel, Modal, etc.
Usage Method
The following guidelines are based on conventional processes and production conditions. For actual usage, users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the appropriate dosage and conditions that suit their specific processes and purposes. Please refer to the following recommended process conditions:
Typical bioluminescence process conditions are as follows:
Equipment: Spray dyeing machine / high-speed, rope dyeing machine / industrial washing machine
Equipment loading volume / speed: Consistent with dyeing conditions
Dosage: 0.2 - 0.5% (based on fabric weight)
Bath ratio: 5:1 - 20:1, depending on equipment type
Processing time: 30 - 60 minutes
Processing temperature: 35 - 60℃
pH range: 5.5 - 7
Inactivation:
By adding anhydrous sodium carbonate, raise the pH value to 10, heat to 70°C and maintain for 10 minutes.
If used in the same bath as dyeing, the active dye can be inactivated by adding alkali for fixation.
Storage and Transportation
1. Hair conditioning agent (30 kilograms per barrel or 25 kilograms per barrel)
2. Storage conditions
Store at low temperature (4°C) for no less than 6 months without losing its labeled enzymatic activity. Store at normal temperature (25°C) for no more than 3 months with its activity not lower than the labeled enzymatic activity. Avoid long-term storage above 30°C. Prevent direct sunlight exposure. It is advisable to store in a low-temperature and dry place. Long-term storage or under other harmful conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to an increase in the product's addition amount.
