Suitable for removing the remaining hydrogen peroxide after semi or bleaching process.
Usage Method and Operating Steps
1. Drain the bleaching liquid, that is, remove the liquid that has been treated with hydrogen peroxide.
2. Rinse with cold water once.
3. Control the pH of the water to be 5-9 (optimal 7.5-8.0), with a temperature of 20-60℃ (optimal 30-50℃).
4. Add 0.05-0.15g/L of 119B (if used on continuous equipment or in cases where the treatment time is not too long, the dosage can be increased to 0.3-0.5g/L. Excessive use of 119B poses no risk).
5. Run for 10-20 minutes. You can test whether the hydrogen peroxide has completely decomposed (you can use Merck hydrogen peroxide test paper for testing). If there is still hydrogen peroxide, run for another 5-10 minutes for testing.
6. If there is no or less than 2mg/L of residual hydrogen peroxide, the dyeing requirements are met.
7. Drain the liquid or conduct dyeing in the same bath.
Packaging and Storage
25 kilograms in plastic drums, sealed for storage. The storage period is 6 months at a temperature of 20 degrees.
