Scope of Application
Applicable to all processing procedures in the dyeing industry for improving water quality and for the use of hydrogen peroxide stabilizers.
Usage Method
1. Water treatment: 0.5 - 1 g/L
2. Alkaline condition scouring: 1 - 3 g/L
3. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cellulose fibers: 1 - 2 g/L (generally, the pH value should not exceed 10.5)
4. General soaping: 0.5 - 2 g/L
5. Post-shrinking rinse for wool fabrics: 2 - 3 g/L
The specific process should be adjusted by the user based on the test samples as needed.
Storage and Transportation
1. Packaged in plastic drums, each drum containing 125KG;
2. Stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse;
3. The storage period at normal temperature is 6 months.
