Application Scope
It is applicable to the high-temperature dyeing process of disperse dyes, and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure one-bath dyeing and coloring of T/C and T/R.
Application Method
1. Formula: Bleaching agent 0.5 - 2g/L, Acetic Acid 0.2 - 0.4g/L, Dye X, water to total processing volume.
2. Preparation of the dye solution: Add the disperse dye to 40℃ water, stir while adding to disperse the dye components into a solution. Then, add acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4 - 5, and then add CQ-2120.
3. Dyeing process: Inject the dyeing solution into the dyeing machine, heat it to 50℃, introduce the damp dyed fabric into the machine, heat it to 130-135℃ and keep it at this temperature for 30-40 minutes, then cool it down to 80℃, drain the water and wash it.
Please adjust the specific process and dosage according to the user's needs.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, each containing 125kg.
2. Transport as non-hazardous goods, with a shelf life of 6 months.
