Scope of Application
A uniforming agent suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure rapid dyeing of polyester and its blended fibers. Usage instructions
Dyeing uniformity: CQ-1129A: 0.3 - 1.0 g/L Repairing: CQ-1129A: 1.0 - 3.0 g/L
Removing oligomers: CQ-1129A: 1.0 - 2.0 g/L
pH value: 4.5 - 5.5, bath ratio: 1:5 - 12, 130℃ * 40 minutes
Combined with the oil removal agent CQ-1053N4 for dyeing and finishing, one bath process for oil removal and dyeing of polyester and polyester blends can be achieved. The dosage can be adjusted according to actual conditions. Notes:
This product is an anionic polymer. Before mixing with other surfactants, the compatibility stability needs to be verified.
Packaging and Storage
It is packaged in 125-kilogram plastic drums. Store in a sealed and protected environment away from light. The shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
