1. At normal temperature, it can be processed in the overflow cylinder without silicone oil stains, through the immersion-dyeing process, it does not stick to the cylinder, without silicone stains, and is resistant to high temperature.
2. It can give the fabric a soft, full, and silk-like feeling effect, and can make T/R, polyester/cotton fabrics have good elasticity. It has little effect on dry/wet abrasion resistance. Its outstanding elastic effect can significantly improve the stretching recovery property of polyester woven products.
3. It has excellent compatibility. For the post-treatment of cotton/linen on long machines, it can be used with a small amount of coating, fixative, and whitening agent.
It can be used together with traditional durable non-stretching resins and organic fluorine-based easy-to-remove finishing agents in the same bath.
4. Compared with ordinary silicone oil, it has higher stability and more obvious finishing effect under high temperature and high shear conditions.
5. Low yellowing, especially suitable for white/light-colored fabrics; does not contain APEO.

Application Scope
Suitable for softening treatment of various polyester/cotton and knitted fabrics.
Usage Method
1. Immersion method: Use 1 - 4% (o.w.f), immerse for 20 - 30 minutes, then dehydrate, dry or shape.
2. Immersion-dyeing method: Use 10 - 30g/L, one immersion and one dyeing (or two immersions and two dyeings) → dry or shape.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user according to the sample.
Storage and Transportation
1. Stored in polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each drum contains 125KG.
2. Stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
