Application Scope
It is applicable to the hand feel treatment of various fabrics such as polyester, nylon and blends, wool, wool blends, half-tufted wool, feather yarn, all-cotton, polyester-cotton, cotton-spandex, etc.
Usage Method
Wet-laying method:
Dosage: 10 - 50 g/L. One immersion and one rolling (or two immersions and two rolling) → Drying or shaping.
Immersion method:
Dosage: 1% - 3%. Room temperature to 55 degrees for 15 minutes → Dehydration and drying.
For specific processes, users can adjust according to samples. This product can be used alone or combined with other softeners for compound use.
Storage and Transportation
1. Use polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
2. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
