Product Description
Conditioning enzyme is mainly used in the pre-treatment boiling process of cotton yarn and cotton knitted fabrics, which can effectively remove the natural impurities such as pulp, pectin, natural salts, pigments and waxes from cotton fabrics, and make the fabrics have a bright and clean surface, improved whiteness and a soft handfeel. Conditioning enzyme simplifies the original process, improves the production efficiency, reduces the discharge of sewage, and is a major innovation to the traditional caustic soda process.

Scope Of Application
Pre-treatment of cotton and its blended woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, yarns and tube yarns.
Usage
1. Cotton knitted fabric, yarn, tube yarn process:
Penetrant 0.5~2G/L
Finishing enzyme 1~3g/L
H2O2 (30%) 2~6g/L
NaOH or Na2CO3 0~1g/l
Bath ratio 1:4~8
2. Viscose knitted fabric and yarn process:
Penetrant 0.5~2G/L
Refining enzyme 1~3g/L
H2O2 (30%) 0~3g/L (adjusted according to the whiteness requirement of the cloth)
Bath ratio 1:4~8
Temperature: 95~100°C
Time: 50~60min
Process: refining enzyme/penetrant into the tank cycle → heating to 50 ~ 60 ℃ → add H2O2 → cycle heating 100 ℃ holding 50 ~ 60min → drain → hot water washing (60 ℃ once) → drain → deoxidising enzyme treatment 10 ~ 15min → dyeing
Specific process can be adjusted according to the actual situation at discretion
Packing And Storage
1. Use polyethylene plastic drum, lined with plastic bag, 25KG per drum.
2. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; shelf life of one year.
